Mark "Egor" Harris Leads UK Pro Surf Tour

Gul team rider Egor Harris has returned to the top of the Open category on the UK Pro Surf Tour. The Newquay surfer made it through to the semi finals of the Elusive Welsh Open on the 6th and 7th of October.

The semi finals finish was good enough to push Egor back to the top of the Open tour, ahead of Sam Lamiroy in second and Joss Ash in third.

Beth Mason 5th Overall on Women's Pro Surf Tour

Gul team mate Beth Mason had another brilliant contest at her local event on the UK Pro Tour.

Beth made it through to the finals of Women's event and finished in third behind Dara Penfold, who now has back-to-back wins on the tour, and Ireland's Eskey Britton. Beth is now 5th overall on the women's tour, just 60 points behind Eskey in fourth.

Egor is now heading to the G-Shock North East Open in Tynemouth on the 20th and 21st of October for the first leg of the UK Pro Tour Triple Crown. Beth will be joining him for the Circle One Portrush Open in Ireland. Both will be looking to rack up maximum points on what's turning out to be a very hotly contested 2007 UK Pro Tour.
